Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management / Technical Product Management roles
  • 6+ years of experience in healthcare domain (Provider, Clinical workflows, or Care Delivery platforms)
  • 2+ years of experience Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
  • 2+ years of experience in Product backlog management and prioritization techniques
  • 2+ years of experience in translating business and clinical needs into technical delivery artifacts (user stories, workflows, APIs, etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience in stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive product lifecycle management from ideation through delivery and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, clinical SMEs, and engineering teams to translate healthcare requirements into actionable product features and technical artifacts
  • Define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog aligned with business goals and clinical outcomes
  • Lead Agile execution (Scrum / SAFe), including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning
  • Ensure clear articulation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements
  • Act as a bridge between clinical/business teams and engineering, ensuring alignment and clarity
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, manage expectations, and communicate product progress effectively
  • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement
