About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager (PM) to lead critical finance and HR system implementations. This role requires a strong understanding of finance and HR business processes, controls, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with finance and HR ERP systems, including Brex, Expense Management, and Concur. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional global teams and managing multiple vendors or system integrators. Expertise in project and portfolio management tools is essential, as are strong interpersonal skills to influence, negotiate, and lead at all organizational levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience with Brex, Expense Management, and Concur.
• Proven experience with Finance and HR ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM, Workday, Etc).
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional global teams and managing multiple vendors or system integrators.
• Deep understanding of finance and HR business processes, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in project and portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and lead at all organizational levels.
