About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Lead Dev to design, develop, and lead the delivery of next-generation Agentic AI solutions for enterprise ERP and Supply Chain environments. This role combines hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and business process understanding to build intelligent AI agents, RAG-based applications, MCP tools, and AI-powered business solutions leveraging Oracle Database 26ai and modern LLM technologies. The ideal candidate is passionate about AI innovation, has strong development skills, and can translate business requirements into scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and build AI Agents, Multiagent Systems, and Agentic AI workflows for enterprise use cases.
Develop Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using structured and unstructured enterprise data.
Build and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tools to enable AI agents to securely interact with enterprise systems.
Develop AI applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent.
Leverage Oracle Database 26ai capabilities including Select AI, Vector Search, AI Profiles, and in-database AI features.
Design, develop, and optimize SQL, PL/SQL APIs, and data services supporting AI-powered applications.
Integrate AI solutions with Oracle ERP, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, and Manufacturing systems.
Lead technical design reviews, mentor developers, establish coding standards, and drive best practices.
Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and functional teams to identify and deliver high-value AI use cases.
Support solution architecture, proof of concepts, and client-facing demonstrations.
