About The Position

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Forward Deployed Agentic AI – Senior Lead. This is a Full-time, Contract (W2) position with a duration of 12+ months, located in Charlotte, NC, requiring 3 days hybrid on-site. As a Forward Deployed Agentic AI – Senior Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying agentic AI systems using LLMs in production environments. This includes architecting tool-augmented LLM workflows, leveraging integration frameworks to embed AI into enterprise platforms, and developing reusable agent frameworks. You will work directly with business users and operational teams to deploy AI solutions in live production settings, translating complex workflows into executable, AI-driven solutions. The role involves troubleshooting, iterating, and optimizing deployed solutions, and partnering closely with AI engineering, product, and operations teams.

Requirements

Experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini, or similar)
Experience building and deploying agentic AI systems in production
Understanding of tool-augmented LLMs, orchestration, and function calling
Experience with MCP tools or similar LLM integration frameworks
Experience deploying AI solutions directly into business operations
Problem-solving skills across complex enterprise workflows
Background in consulting, forward deployed engineering, or AI product teams
Exposure to orchestration platforms, automation tools, or AI frameworks
Must be able to be engaged on a W-2 basis

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems using LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) in production environments
Architect tool-augmented LLM workflows, including function calling, orchestration, and system integrations
Leverage MCP tools or equivalent LLM-to-system integration frameworks to embed AI into enterprise platforms
Develop reusable agent frameworks and enterprise-grade AI platforms that scale across operations
Work directly with business users and operational teams to deploy AI solutions in live production settings
Translate complex enterprise workflows into executable, AI-driven solutions
Troubleshoot, iterate, and optimize deployed solutions to ensure reliability, performance, and adoption
Partner closely with AI engineering, product, and operations teams to drive end-to-end execution
