About The Position

As the Senior Technical Marketing Manager, you will scale technical knowledge across customers, partners, and customer-facing teams through world-class technical content, education, and enablement. This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role for someone who combines strong technical credibility with exceptional communication skills. Working closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Censys ARC, and customer-facing teams, you'll create the technical content, education, and enablement that helps customers adopt Censys, enables partners to deliver it successfully, and equips Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to confidently position and demonstrate its value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity in Technical Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Customer Success, Product Management, Product Marketing, or a related technical customer-facing role.
  • Experience with Security Operations, Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, Exposure Management, Attack Surface Management, or related cybersecurity technologies.
  • Exceptional technical writing, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to practitioners, partners, and customer-facing teams.
  • Experience creating technical content, sales enablement, partner enablement, training, certification, or educational programs.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand complex products, customer workflows, and technical architectures.
  • Experience delivering technical workshops, customer education, demos, or instructor-led training.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage multiple projects and consistently deliver high-quality work.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Internet infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, or Internet-facing security technologies.
  • Experience supporting reseller, MSSP, distributor, or technology partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver technical enablement programs, certifications, workshops, and hands-on learning experiences for internal teams, customers, and partners.
  • Create technical solution guides, blogs, whitepapers, playbooks, demo guides, FAQs, and other practitioner-focused content.
  • Develop and maintain competitive technical marketing assets, including battlecards, technical comparisons, proof points, and demo guidance.
  • Support product launches by creating technical content, training, and enablement in partnership with Product Marketing.
  • Partner with Product Management and Censys ARC to translate product capabilities and research into customer-ready technical resources.
  • Gather feedback from customers, partners, and customer-facing teams to continuously improve technical content and enablement.
