Appian is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join their Customer Success team. The role also involves brainstorming AI use cases and implementing Appian's AI tools using techniques like retrieval augmented generation (RAG), agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and generative models. Collaboration with client technical teams and business users is expected, as is driving customer adoption and self-sufficiency in building process applications.
