About The Position

The Senior Data & Insights Technical Consultant partners with leading brands to build and optimize Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) applications. The ideal candidate combines technology and business expertise, translates complex requirements into practical solutions, and bridges technical teams and business collaborators. As a senior technical leader, you will independently guide delivery workstreams, mentor colleagues, and help shape the future of digital experience delivery.

Requirements

8+ years in customer-facing technical consulting roles with hands-on enterprise software implementation experience.
Experience with Adobe Analytics, CJA, RTCDP, Edge Data Collection and related AEP technologies.
Proficiency in data collection, API integrations, tag management, data modeling, identity concepts, technical architecture, and implementation validation.
Experience with web and mobile implementations, including Adobe Experience Platform Tags, single-page applications, mobile SDKs, and event-driven data pipelines.
Working knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, and Python (or similar languages) for implementation, fixing issues, validation, and automation.
Experience using automation, scripting, or AI-assisted tools to improve delivery quality, scalability, and efficiency.
Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery, solution design, implementation, validation, and launch support for Analytics and AEP applications, including CJA, RTCDP, and Edge Data Collection.
Design and deliver integrated solutions that may span data collection, customer profiles, analytics, activation, identity, APIs, and data integrations.
Lead technical discussions and collaborate with multi-functional teams and customer collaborators to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Lead technical validation, issue resolution, and optimization across browser, API, mobile, and AEP data pipelines.
Deliver customer-facing documentation, presentations, enablement materials, and technical specifications; support pre-sales handoffs and early technical solutioning as needed.
Mentor teams, contribute thought leadership and reusable assets, and proactively manage technical scope, risks, delivery quality, and customer communications.
