This position is based in Oklahoma City, OK. Candidates must reside in the State of Oklahoma and be willing to report to the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building in Oklahoma City. This role involves gathering, understanding, and visualizing data; developing strategies; designing and implementing dashboards and reporting tools; facilitating data-driven decisions; and applying predictive modeling and statistical analysis techniques to forecast trends using Business Intelligence (BI) platforms. It also includes analyzing business processes and systems, identifying risks and inefficiencies, recommending technology-based solutions, and developing system documentation. The analyst will work closely with business units to translate vision into requirements, build specifications for new functionality, recommend technology solutions, and lead/participate in project meetings. Additionally, the role contributes to testing by creating test scripts, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and assisting with Regression Testing. Proficiency in the application(s) supporting assigned Agency Divisions is expected, along with knowledge of public administration, process improvement, Lean, and change management principles. The ability to solve complex organizational problems and prepare cost-benefit analyses is also required. On-site attendance is essential for direct interaction with staff, clients, and office resources.
