About The Position

Analyze business processes to identify, define, and document requirements. Write complex SQL queries, join multiple tables, and perform data transformations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals, including facilitating meetings and sharing information. Write clear, concise, and actionable user stories that accurately capture stakeholder requirements. Conduct manual testing.

Requirements

• Master's and 5+ years of experience, Bachelor's and 7+ years of experience or 13+ years in lieu of a degree
• Proficient in defining system documentation requirements based on input from technical personnel.
• Experience creating test plan, test cases and test execution.
• Strong experience working in an Agile methodology
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and CMMI Level 3 Methodologies
• Knowledge of creating and maintaining Data Flow Diagrams and developing Use Cases.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Experience with manual testing and have good knowledge of DB, SQL and API testing.
• Communication skills to present ideas and concepts effectively; strong and proven problem solving.
• Self-managed with the ability to mentor others.
• Strong experience with tools to manage requirements.
• Skill in analyzing business processes to identify, define, and document requirements.

• Knowledge of requirements gathering methodologies and documentation standards.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, MicroStrategy, WebFOCUS).
• Experience working on Federal Govt Contracts
• Database experience such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SQL and JDBC.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks.
• Previous experience with Social Security Administration.
• Agile certification is desired.
