Requirements

  • Work on large Salesforce engagements as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect.
  • Implement end-to-end CRM solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Work on proposals, estimate scope of work, and support pre-sales activities.
  • Convert business requirements into Salesforce functional and technical requirements.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Lead Management, Quote to Cash, Case Management, and Call Center processes.
  • Conduct workshops during project discovery, prepare solution design documents, and collaborate with development teams.
  • Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems using SOAP and REST APIs.
  • Experience working with App Exchange products.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing and Wave Cloud.
  • Experience in Agile and other project management methods.
  • At least 12 years of software/CRM experience, including 5+ years in Salesforce CRM.
  • Certifications in functional and technical Salesforce areas.
  • Experience in application development and integration using different design patterns.
  • Functional understanding of various cloud products like Sales, Service, Community, LWC, FSL, etc.
  • Demonstrate critical and analytical thinking in all aspects of the job.
  • Be highly productive both independently and in team environments.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
  • Communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences in various settings.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or Information Technology and 12 years of experience in the job offered or 15 years of experience in the related occupations of Software Developer, Software Engineer, or equivalent role.

Nice To Haves

  • Travel and relocation possible to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.
  • Domestic travel required approximately 5% of time to various client sites and other unanticipated locations within the U.S.
