Requirements

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience in one or more of the following areas: Corporate functions (Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Facilities, Security), Engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, systems, aerospace, software), Technical Program or Project Management, IT Support or related technical roles.
  • Demonstrated strength in at least one of the following areas: engineering, corporate, or program management.
  • Proven track record filling a wide range of positions, including specialty and hard‑to‑fill roles.
  • Proficiency using ATS platforms (e.g., Paycor, Greenhouse, etc.) and maintaining accurate candidate records.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employment visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting in aviation, defense, robotics, autonomy, or other advanced technology domains.
  • Background supporting high‑growth or startup environments.
  • Comfort operating in an agile, rapidly evolving organization.
  • Ability to manage 15–20 requisitions concurrently.
  • Familiarity with engineering workflows or technical program lifecycles.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate, engineering, corporate support, and technical program management positions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, strategically source top talent, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Define hiring needs and create targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Source talent across multiple channels, including job boards, social platforms, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
  • Use ATS platforms and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Build and sustain robust talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage 8–10 hires per month across mixed role types.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence hiring decisions.
