The Senior TDX Administrator partners with business and IT teams to translate service needs into efficient, user-friendly ITSM solutions. This role designs and builds request forms and automated workflows in TeamDynamix, including approvals, routing, and integrations, while ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with best practices. You will manage the service catalog and client portal experience, configure integrations and notifications, and maintain strong governance and security standards. Acting as an early point of contact for incidents, you’ll collaborate with developers to prioritize and deliver enhancements in an Agile environment. This role requires strong ITSM expertise (TDX, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar), especially in workflows, forms, and knowledge management, along with a highly collaborative approach to continuously improve service delivery. Responsible as an advanced technical resource in one or more critical services or technologies and applies comprehensive knowledge in one or more areas. May function in a Lead role.
