Benefits You'll Love Professional development and leadership opportunities Become a Key Player as a Senior Tax Manager You will lead tax engagements and mentor staff to strengthen client relationships and drive the firm's growth. In this role you will advise on complex partnership, S corporation, and high-net-worth individual tax matters, working onsite in a Hybrid model (3 days onsite). Your work will directly impact clients, the tax team, and business development efforts.

Requirements

7–10 years of tax experience in public accounting
Active CPA license
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Prior management experience within a public accounting firm
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent project management and organizational abilities
Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
High level of professionalism, integrity, dependability, and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Experience with entity formation and liquidation
Experience with mergers and acquisitions
State and local tax (SALT) experience
Experience with nonprofit organizations
Experience with trusts and estates
Experience with tax authority audits
Familiarity with IRC Sections 704(b) and 704(c) partnership allocations

Responsibilities

Provide tax planning and consulting services to individuals and businesses
Research and resolve complex tax matters
Review and manage tax engagements for partnerships, S corporations, and individuals
Supervise, train, and mentor staff, senior associates, and supervisors
Serve as a technical resource for the tax team
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify opportunities for new business development and cultivate referral sources
Communicate directly with clients to gather information, resolve issues, and recommend solutions
