Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 2–4+ years of corporate tax compliance and consulting experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience at the Senior Associate level.
• Experience preparing corporate tax returns (Form 1120) for companies with $50M–$1B+ in annual revenue.
• Hands-on experience with ASC 740 tax provisions (preparation, review, and audit support).
• Recent public accounting experience with a Top 15, Big 4, or large regional accounting firm.
• CPA preferred. Candidates should be actively pursuing a CPA if not yet licensed. (An active CPA or JD is required for future promotion to Manager.)
• Strong analytical, communication, and client service skills.
• Willingness to work onsite at least 3 days per week.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with large multi-state, national, or multinational corporate clients.
• Experience with OneSource Tax Provision.
• Knowledge of state and local tax (SALT) and international taxation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review corporate income tax returns (Form 1120).
• Prepare and review ASC 740 income tax provisions.
• Support corporate tax compliance and consulting engagements.
• Research federal, state, and international tax matters.
• Respond to IRS and state tax notices.
• Build strong client relationships and support multiple engagements.
• Mentor associates and interns.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
