No billable hours Advisory-focused client work Fully remote, flexible environment You won't just prepare returns—you'll help clients understand, plan, and make better financial decisions year-round.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Accounting or related field)
- 3-5+ years of public accounting experience
- Experience with business + individual tax returns
- Active CPA or EA required
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Prepare individual & business tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120/1120S, 1041, 990)
- Work with business owners, partnerships, and real estate clients
- Assist with tax projections, planning, and advisory conversations
- Support client onboarding and deliver a strong client experience
- Research tax issues and support technical analysis
- Collaborate with a high-performing, remote team
