About The Position
We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support one of our clients with their go-to-market and sales hiring. You'll need to know how to hire enterprise-level SaaS sales and marketing people for a global fintech/payments organisation. You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.
Requirements
- 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment
- Track record in GTM hiring on a global scale
- Confident working independently and managing stakeholders
- Hands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent pools
- Driven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused
- Build real Trust with our client
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas
- Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers
- Source top talent through creative and strategic methods
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
- Drive continuous improvement in how we hire
- Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 to 24 months
