Plooto is seeking a Senior Talent Partner for a 6-9 month fixed-term opportunity, with potential for fractional engagement. This role is for a builder who believes hiring is a competitive advantage and that every hire shapes culture. The Senior Talent Partner will partner directly with the Chief People Officer and business leaders to build the next chapter of Talent at Plooto. This includes helping leaders make exceptional hiring decisions, uncovering remarkable talent, designing thoughtful interview experiences, and building an AI-native recruiting function. Responsibilities will range from discussing organizational design and hiring strategy to developing sourcing strategies, reviewing interview feedback, and closing candidates.
