About The Position

Plooto is seeking a Senior Talent Partner for a 6-9 month fixed-term opportunity, with potential for fractional engagement. This role is for a builder who believes hiring is a competitive advantage and that every hire shapes culture. The Senior Talent Partner will partner directly with the Chief People Officer and business leaders to build the next chapter of Talent at Plooto. This includes helping leaders make exceptional hiring decisions, uncovering remarkable talent, designing thoughtful interview experiences, and building an AI-native recruiting function. Responsibilities will range from discussing organizational design and hiring strategy to developing sourcing strategies, reviewing interview feedback, and closing candidates. Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle hiring across technical and business functions, partnering with hiring managers from role definition through offer acceptance.
  • Develop thoughtful sourcing strategies that consistently uncover exceptional talent, not simply active applicants.
  • Coach hiring managers to become stronger interviewers and better hiring decision-makers.
  • Design and continuously improve structured interview experiences that raise hiring quality while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Help define what an AI-native recruiting function looks like by identifying, implementing, and continuously improving practical AI tools, workflows, and automations.
  • Use recruiting data, market insights, and experimentation to improve hiring outcomes and continuously evolve how we hire.
  • Partner with the People team to strengthen recruiting operations, employer brand, and hiring programs as the company grows.
