About The Position

As the Senior Talent Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic Program Management Office team assigned to a specific Guidant Global MSP client. You will be empowered to deliver on the flawless execution of the day-to-day operations in conjunction with the Client Sponsor and with the support of a dedicated Service Delivery team and Shared Back-Office Services team. We are looking for an experienced MSP Professional with incredibly high integrity, an inquisitive mind, and a passion for operational and customer service excellence.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Staffing Industry, Managed Service Provider (MSP), Vendor Management Systems (VMS), Procurement, Statement of Work (SOW), Human Resources (HR)
  • Experience leading teams to meet service level agreements and key performance indicators relevant for MSP business performance
  • Strong experience, and detail orientation, in report development, management, and QA
  • Experience in identifying and leading initiatives for process improvement
  • Project Management experience
  • Effective communication, presentation, time management, organization, and planning techniques
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Experienced with Business Intelligence tools and driving decisions using analytics
  • Ability to demonstrate a track record of growing and maturing client relationships
  • Ability to demonstrate fiscal responsibility for account management
  • Ability to manage by influence
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent communication
  • Ability to problem solve and present conceptual information to all levels of internal and external management
  • Ability to initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels
  • Ability to build and execute project plans

Responsibilities

  • Program Management: ensuring successful delivery of the ongoing program requirements including day-to-day operations, supplier/vendor operations, billing, reporting & analytics, project management, continuous improvement, escalation management, and VMS management.
  • Client Management: developing and maintaining business relationships with key client stakeholders and hiring managers, acting as a subject matter expert, providing training and education, delivering communications, and resolving issues.
  • Workplace Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: safeguarding employees, customers, temporary workforce, and the environment by operating an injury-free, healthy workplace that minimizes environmental impact. This includes seeking to prevent injury, actively participating in compliance training, and considering safety implications of decisions.
