We’re a fast-growing company in the medical robotics space, and we need a recruiting rockstar to help us find top talent across Operations, G&A, Sales, and Commercial teams. You won’t just be filling roles—you’ll be a strategic hiring partner, working closely with leadership, crafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing top-notch candidates, and delivering an exceptional hiring experience from start to finish. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience recruiting for Operations and G&A sales and commercial roles in a biotechnology or medical device company.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday), sourcing techniques, social media recruiting sites, and LinkedIn.
  • Hands-on experience conducting and training hiring managers and interview panelists in various interview formats, including behavioral and cultural questions.
  • Exceptionally strong communication skills and effective relationship management with stakeholders at all levels across the organization.
  • Comfortable working in a high-speed, high-demand sales organization and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the recruiting game as a full-cycle recruiter, managing your desk your way.
  • Make the right calls, strategize, and independently meet the needs of the teams you support.
  • Get creative, move fast, and make an impact every step of the way.
  • Hold anywhere from 10-15 requisitions on a full-cycle basis.
  • Be the go-to Talent Advisor, guiding hiring teams and candidates through a smooth, seamless hiring experience.
  • Act as a trusted partner, offering solutions, insights, and support from the first conversation to the final offer.
  • Act as a strategic partner in growth by sitting down with leaders across Operations, Sales, and Commercial teams, getting an inside scoop on their goals, and crafting hiring strategies.
  • Anticipate hiring needs before they arise and ensure teams are ready to grow with the best talent out there.
  • Shape company culture by finding people who truly fit the mission.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, market shifts, and new tech to stay ahead of the game and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Interact with managers face to face, as this role will be in the office at least three days a week.
