About The Position

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor to support clinician recruitment (Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists) across Western Canada. This role is based in Edmonton or Calgary, Alberta, with a remote work option, but requires monthly meetings and availability for regional travel. The position focuses on building pipelines and hiring top clinical talent in a competitive market, requiring the ability to balance strategy and execution. The Senior Talent Advisor will partner with operational leaders, providing market insights and delivering results that impact clinic performance and client access to care.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Proven success sourcing and placing hard-to-fill roles using proactive, creative strategies
  • Strong understanding of labour market trends and talent supply/demand dynamics
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage a high-volume, geographically dispersed portfolio
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and partner with operational leaders
  • A balance of persistence and people-first thinking—you know how to drive hiring outcomes while building trust
  • A collaborative team approach, with a willingness to support peers and contribute to overall team success
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with a vast geography including Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba is an asset.
  • Experience recruiting healthcare professionals (Physio/OT) or within regulated environments is a strong asset.
