About The Position

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - EXECUTIVE SEARCH here at Honeywell, you will develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and hire top-tier professionals across our global operations. You will report directly to our Talent Acquisition Director, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent, aligning recruitment strategies with our business goals and enhancing our employer brand.

Requirements

5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition Leadership.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices on a global scale.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that drive organizational success.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive process enhancements to optimize talent acquisition practices.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with senior leaders and executives to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
Be a part of a team of talent acquisition professionals, that provide guidance and support in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
Drive the full recruitment lifecycle, including developing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers.
