About The Position

Key Responsibilities </p> Recruiting & Talent Acquisition</b> (50%) </p> · Proactively source, engage, and build pipelines of qualified candidates using social media, online platforms, internal databases, and networking. </p> · Conduct phone screens, video interviews, and skills assessments across a broad range of professional roles. </p> · Coordinate client interviews, complete reference checks, and manage offer processes from start to finish. </p> · Maintain consistent, high -quality communication with candidates and clients to ensure alignment, engagement, and satisfaction. </p> · Develop and manage candidate pipelines to support current and future opportunities. </p> · Drive candidate retention through regular outreach and relationship -building. </p> · Address and resolve employee relations issues at client sites, partnering as needed with internal leadership. </p> · Support recruiting initiatives, process improvements, and special projects assigned. </p> Business Development & Client Engagement</b> (30%) </p> · Generate new business opportunities and secure job orders through outreach, relationship building, and consultative conversations. </p> · Engage prospective and existing clients via phone, virtual meetings, and targeted follow -ups. </p> · Conduct account check -ins and reviews to assess satisfaction, identify hiring trends, and recommend staffing solutions. </p> · Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and decision -makers across multiple industries. </p> · Resolve client issues promptly with a focus on service quality, responsiveness, and follow -through. </p> · Leverage LinkedIn and other social platforms to connect with candidates and prospective clients. </p> · Attend networking events and client meetings in coordination with the Director of Growth. </p> Additional Responsibilities</b> (10%) </p> · Lead or support special initiatives focused on improving recruiting, business development, and operational effectiveness. </p> Qualifications</b> </p> · Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or client -facing sales strongly preferred. </p> · Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility quickly. </p> · Highly organized with strong time -management and follow -through. </p> · Comfortable working in a fast -paced, performance -driven environment. </p> · Proficiency with ATS systems, CRM platforms, and social media sourcing tools. </p> Success in This Role Looks Like</u></b> </p> · Consistently meeting or exceeding recruiting and business development goals. </p> · Building trusted, long -term relationships with candidates and clients. </p> · Staying ahead of hiring trends and delivering thoughtful, timely staffing solutions. </p> · Contributing to both individual success and the continued growth of The HR SOURCE. </p> </div></span>

Requirements

  • Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or client -facing sales strongly preferred.
