The HR & Talent Acquisition Intern will provide critical support to key initiatives across the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams. The role will contribute to the development of a comprehensive Talent Acquisition playbook, ATS (Greenhouse) data optimization efforts, total rewards process streamlining and training program coordination. In addition to these strategic initiatives, the intern will assist with daily HR and recruiting operations to ensure efficient delivery of people‑team services. This position requires strong communication abilities and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and program‑management tools. The intern must be able to perform computer‑based and administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism. As a representative of the HR/TA function, the intern will also support interviews and contribute to a high‑quality candidate experience with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
