As a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead at DoorLoop, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our leadership team by hiring top executive talent across Go-To-Market (GTM) functions. You will drive strategic hiring initiatives for a hyper-growth SaaS startup environment, ensuring we attract and secure exceptional leaders. This fully remote position is based on the East Coast USA
Requirements
- 10+ years of full-cycle (A-Z) recruitment experience, with at least 5 years at fast-paced, high-growth startups.
- Proven track record recruiting senior GTM leadership, including VP-level and C-level roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
- Deep expertise hiring across the full GTM org — AEs, SDRs, sales leaders, marketers, and CS — with a strong understanding of what top-performing revenue talent looks like.
- Hands-on experience using modern AI and digital tools for sourcing, screening, outreach, and candidate engagement, with a track record of building AI-driven workflows into the recruiting process.
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, with demonstrated ability to partner with and influence executive leadership.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using ATS and HR analytics to inform decisions and drive pipeline strategy.
- Superb communication and organizational skills, with a bias for action and results.
- Authorization to work in the USA and ability to work EST hours.

- History of implementing or contributing to scalable recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with employer branding, content creation, and social media sourcing.

Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process (A-Z) for diverse roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Leverage the latest AI sourcing tools and platforms to identify and engage high-quality, passive candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand hiring needs, forecast talent gaps, and deliver effective solutions.
- Drive and evolve talent acquisition best practices and processes for a fully remote, distributed team.
- Craft compelling job descriptions, employer branding materials, and outreach strategies that showcase DoorLoop’s unique culture.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a smooth, high-quality candidate experience.
- Use data-driven insights and metrics to refine search strategies and continually improve hiring processes.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in all aspects of recruitment.
