From your PASSION to ours Lactalis American Group, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Buffalo, NY. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for providing support in a HR environment by managing the full life-cycle recruitment process. This role supports recruitment for Quality, R&D, and Engineering positions across the United States. You will be responsible for ensuring the overall recruitment strategy attracts, recruits, and selects high-performing employees that drive the business forward. Full-life-cycle recruiting involves partnering with hiring managers; sourcing candidates; delivering creative and proactive solutions, fostering relationships with external agencies, and providing advice and guidance to hiring managers on candidate selection. You will lead and/or support projects that focus on improving the candidate experience and recommend process and tools that drive a successful recruitment model.
