About The Position

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team. The role manages the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing and candidate assessment through onboarding, while partnering with business leaders to align recruitment strategies with staffing needs and organizational objectives. The specialist will help build a team that reflects the brand’s luxury hospitality and service standards.

Requirements

• Five years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment.
• Proficiency with Workday ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.
• Experience using LinkedIn for sourcing.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Enthusiasm for recruitment and a drive to innovate in attracting talent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Use the ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to attract and engage qualified candidates.
• Conduct intake meetings with business leaders to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and business goals.
• Evaluate resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers and teams to explain the recruitment process and provide candidate-pipeline updates.
• Implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates and improve recruitment methods.
• Maintain clear communication and provide timely feedback to foster a positive candidate experience.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics, identify trends, and report progress to HR leadership.
