About The Position

Banyan Software is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruiting for its Headquarters. This role involves overseeing hiring for the Business Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Legal, and Finance teams. It's an opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to operate at a senior level, advise business leaders, and drive high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment. The role requires building relationships, solving problems, and making impactful decisions within the organization.

Requirements

7+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 5 years in-house
Proactively builds relationships rather than waiting for applications
Plays the long game, building genuine connections with top candidates even when the timing isn't right
Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build genuine relationships with candidates and get them excited about Banyan's culture and team
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at the senior leader level
Scrappy and resourceful — takes initiative, moves with urgency, and finds creative ways to reach top talent
Collaborative team player who works well cross-functionally across People, Finance, and business teams
Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools
Ability to thrive in unstructured, high-growth environments with competing priorities

Nice To Haves

Direct industry experience in M&A or corporate development is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for Corporate Development, M&A, Sales, Marketing, and Finance functions, including senior and executive-level searches
Build and maintain a strong network within the M&A, corporate strategy, and business development talent community
Develop sourcing strategies that generate diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines
Partner directly with VP- and C-suite hiring managers as a trusted advisor — setting expectations, sharing market intelligence, and influencing hiring decisions
Use data and recruiting metrics to track pipeline health, assess search progress, and drive smarter decisions
Improve recruiting processes, drive ATS and tool adoption, and mentor other members of the talent team
Share market insights that shape broader talent strategy at headquarters
