Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high growth SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling recruiting processes across multiple departments and roles.
  • Strong experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools, such as Greenhouse or similar.
  • Skilled in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and relationship-building skills with the ability to partner effectively with executives, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate a role's business context into a sourcing and evaluation strategy.
  • Comfort working with metrics and data to identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess talent beyond technical qualifications, evaluating competencies, motivation, and long-term organizational fit.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while balancing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across departments – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for roles from individual contributor to leadership.
  • Partner with hiring managers across the business to define role requirements, build interview plans, and calibrate on what great looks like.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates through sourcing, referrals, and outbound outreach.
  • Own Leap's applicant tracking system and recruiting tech stack, keeping data clean and pipelines accurate.
  • Design and manage the interview process end to end, including scorecards, debriefs, and offer strategy.
  • Take on other projects as they come up.
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, helping define hiring strategies, ideal candidate profiles, interview design, and competitive hiring approaches.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and hiring quality across the organization.
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics, including pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and funnel conversion rates, using data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Help strengthen Leap's employer brand by creating an engaging candidate experience and proactively promoting Leap as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, thoughtful interview coordination, timely feedback, and a high-touch recruiting process.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies when needed.
