As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting for high-impact roles, champion a candidate-centered experience, and use data to advise leaders on talent decisions.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, clear writing, persuasive storytelling, and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Extensive full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record of strategic partnerships and problem-solving.
  • Hands-on Workday ATS expertise and ability to build clean processes and dashboards.
  • Relationship builder who collaborates across HR, Finance, and business teams.
  • Data fluency, comfortable with pipeline analytics and translating insights into actions.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing methods; curiosity to learn new tools and channels.
  • Interest in AI and emerging technologies to improve candidate experience and TA outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; we value skills gained through diverse paths.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition with demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting at senior levels

Responsibilities

  • Lead and continuously improve full-cycle recruitment to attract diverse, top talent while ensuring an efficient, positive, and professional candidate experience.
  • Benchmark market trends and apply industry insights to influence recruiting strategies, tools, and team capabilities.
  • Build external networks and affiliations to strengthen Netsmart’s employment brand and sourcing reach (LinkedIn, professional associations, referrals).
  • Use data and analytics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, source performance) to develop insights and inform hiring decisions.
  • Operate in Workday ATS to manage requisitions, candidates, and offers, ensuring accurate workflows and reporting.
  • Apply advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping) to engage passive and active candidates inclusively.
  • Explore and responsibly pilot AI tools to enhance reach and efficiency while safeguarding fairness and privacy.
  • Share best practices and mentor peers; contribute to employer branding initiatives.
