About The Position

​​As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at BlackLine you are charged with championing and driving the hiring process and candidate experience. You will be responsible for multiple roles across the business, connecting with candidates on a deeper level, and exemplify BlackLine's amazing culture. You will have the opportunity to be a trusted partner to our hiring teams and impact interview and evaluation outcomes. ​You will support multiple teams across BlackLine, working on a variety of roles. You will partner with the business to create sourcing strategies that will attract diverse talent that is second to none. Requirements

  • ​​4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • ​Bachelors degree or equivalent years of related work experience
  • ​Experience working with application tracking systems, sourcing tools and an ability to adapt to different technologies.
  • ​Understanding of evolving market conditions and passive candidate sourcing techniques.
  • ​Ability to manage concurrent requisitions with a variety of stakeholders and competing priorities
  • ​Experience with a variety of sourcing strategies and research tools
  • ​Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Must be able to come into the Woodland Hills, CA office 3 days a week on a hybrid schedule.​
  • Efficient time management skills.
  • ​Confidence to facilitate meetings with multiple stakeholders.
  • ​Strong verbal and written communication skills.​

Nice To Haves

  • ​​GTM and AI recruitment experience.
  • ​Enterprise SaaS, Fintech and/or Accounting & Finance recruiting experience highly preferred.
  • ​Strong understanding of SaaS business model, global and/or public company experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process to meet hiring goals.
  • ​Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.
  • ​Build sourcing strategies that drive diversity hiring initiatives to ensure BlackLine is attracting and hiring diverse talent.
  • ​Proactively engage passive candidates from a variety of competitive environments.
  • ​Own the candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle and onboarding.
  • ​Partner and provide consultative guidance to hiring managers and interview stakeholders on recruitment best practices.
  • ​Facilitate debriefs with stakeholders and help manage bias in the evaluation process with a focus on critical skills and behaviors to be successful in the role.
  • ​Develop strong relationships with a diverse range of talent as well as internal stakeholders, human resources, and hiring managers to accomplish recruiting focused business objectives.​
