We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for Product & Technology roles across North America, partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to attract, assess, and hire exceptional technical talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. This role involves partnering with Product, Engineering, Data, Security, and Infrastructure leaders to develop hiring strategies, crafting job postings, designing interview processes, and acting as a subject matter expert and coach to hiring managers. You will also be responsible for engaging with and finding top talent through various channels, contributing to the overall recruitment plan, and working on ad hoc projects as assigned.
