The Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies based on the businesses’ short-term and long-term talent needs across various groups within the Commercial organization. They will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and championing innovative ideas within the talent acquisition function and at the enterprise level when applicable. This role reports into the Talent Acquisition Leader, Commercial. You are passionate about talent attraction and recruitment within the life sciences, driven by the goal of bringing innovative therapies to patients with unmet medical needs. You enjoy leading functional level discussions and consulting with the business to drive innovative hiring strategies. You have an established track record of working strategically, operationally and collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders.
