The Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner leverages labor market intelligence, innovative sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, AI-enabled recruiting technology, talent intelligence tools, and workforce analytics to build talent pipelines and improve hiring outcomes in a highly competitive behavioral healthcare market. This position collaborates closely with hiring managers, HR partners, staffing coordinators, marketing teams, educational institutions, and community partners to attract mission-driven professionals who are passionate about improving the health and well-being of the communities Centerstone serves. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner supports continuous improvement efforts, embraces innovation, and contributes to a culture of collaboration, connection, and accountability. This position supports Centerstone's Indiana market. Candidates must reside in Indiana and be able to travel up to 25% throughout Centerstone's Indiana footprint to support hiring activities, stakeholder partnerships, and recruitment events.
