This role involves managing customer contracts through preventative maintenance, documentation, and on-site support. The engineer will ensure customer systems are updated with the latest software, quick fixes, and hardware, and will prepare and deliver upgrade plans. Responsibilities include following Global Service technical procedures, providing technical reviews of orders and proposals, analyzing technical risks for expansion projects and upgrades, and attending technical training on systems, instruments, applications, process control, communication, and safety. The position also requires supporting Sales as directed by the Regional Service Manager to secure orders and service agreements, understanding and enforcing Schneider Electric's contractual obligations on major projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling overall technical responsibilities for projects including specification, functionality, testing, and commissioning. This includes performing system testing, factory acceptance testing (FAT), developing test documents, and coordinating with the factory for product-related issues.
