- Proven skills as a Lead Z/OS Systems Programmer (main focus of skills)
- Z/OS product installation & support (CA Products, IBM)
- Plan and execute z/OS upgrades, refreshes, and modernization initiatives
- User exits (REXX, COBOL, BAL/ASSEMBLER)
- I/O configuration expertise
- Z/OS mainframe performance and tuning
- Debugging skills
- Strong knowledge of monitoring tools
