Reporting to the Manager, Integrated Technology Management Unit within Toronto Water Technology & Customer Experience, the incumbent plays a key leadership role in shaping, delivering, and enhancing application services that enable critical business operations and drive technology modernization across the division. The incumbent provides direction, leadership, and expert guidance to a specialized team responsible for the management, development, support, and integration of both divisional and enterprise solutions. This includes ensuring seamless integration across applications to strengthen business enablement, improve service delivery, and advance technology capabilities. In addition, the incumbent provides advanced technical and business consulting expertise to ensure solutions remain aligned with Toronto Water’s evolving operational needs and strategic priorities.
