About The Position

Rivet Operations Company is seeking a JECG Systems Integrator to support MacDill Air Force Base in training readiness integration and governance. The JECG Systems Integrator sustains the networks, hardware, and software enabling classified operations for the Joint Exercise Control Group (JECG). Provides technical support to ensure battle staff can conduct mission-critical training and readiness events without interruption.

Requirements

5+ years of IT support experience in a DoD environment
Experience with classified network environments (NIPRNET/SIPRNET/JWICS)
Knowledge of desktop/laptop troubleshooting, repair, and configuration
Experience with audiovisual systems and training environment support
Understanding of SCIF operations and security protocols
Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues
Must be proficient in the use of Power Point, Excel, Word, Access, (Outlook Microsoft Office Suite)
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance for the position.
Eligibility requirements include US citizenship.

Nice To Haves

CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent (preferred)

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 0/1 IT support for desktop and laptop PC troubleshooting and repair
Support printer, monitor, KVM switchbox, and peripheral equipment
Maintain hardware/software asset inventory tracking systems
Support enterprise user account management systems
Operate and maintain audiovisual and communications systems for training support
Support Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) tools and systems integration
Ensure enhanced situational awareness systems for command and control are operational
Personnel must be available for CONUS and OCONUS travel to support training and readiness events.
