About The Position

AV is looking for a highly talented Senior Systems (Integration) Analyst to join our team! In this role you will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Chief Engineer (MDA/CE) in the effort of integrating, and coordinating, complex engineering efforts involving both internal and external systems. Assist to facilitate integration between internal and external systems Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT) Coordinate with technical POCs to facilitate cross-team communication Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics Evaluate working group technical outputs to determine progress or status Evaluate how decisions might impact schedule, dependencies, and integrated testing

Requirements

Master of Science or Master of Arts degree and 12+ years of experience. OR a BA/BS degree from an accredited institution of higher learning and 20+ years of experience in lieu of the MA/MS degree requirement.
Active Secret clearance
Extensive MDA (or DoW) Experience
Extensive experience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)
Excellent organization and communication skills
Experience with systems integration
This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”). In order to comply with the requirements of the ITAR and/or the EAR, applicants will be asked to provide specific documentation to verify U.S. person status under the ITAR and the EAR. A “U.S. person” according to their definition is a U.S. citizen, U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or protected individual such as a refugee, or asylee. See 22 CFR § 120.15.
Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.

Nice To Haves

Adept with some Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools (Cameo, DOORs, etc.)
Experience briefing and interacting with senior leaders
Experience developing digital tools or dashboards
