About The Position
Banner Defense is looking for a talented Senior Systems (Integration) Analyst to join their team. In this role, the analyst will support the MDA Chief Engineer in the effort of integrating and coordinating complex engineering efforts involving both internal and external systems.
Requirements
- Master's degree with 12+ years of related professional experience OR Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of related professional experience
- Active DoD Secret security clearance, which requires US Citizenship
- Extensive MDA (or DoW) Experience
- Extensive experience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Experience with systems integration
Nice To Haves
- Adept with some MBSE tools (Cameo, DOORs, etc.)
- Experience briefing and interacting with senior leaders
- Experience developing digital tools or dashboards
Responsibilities
- Assist to facilitate integration between internal and external systems
- Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT)
- Coordinate with technical POCs to facilitate cross-team communication
- Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics
- Evaluate working group technical outputs to determine progress or status
- Evaluate how decisions might impact schedule, dependencies, and integrated testing
