Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Thermal and/or Refrigeration Engineering
Nice To Haves
- Degree in Refrigeration Engineering / Power engineering / Turbo machinery / heat transfer or other related engineering
- HVAC Industry experience
- Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally with various teams
Responsibilities
- Thermodynamic based modeling and optimization of chiller system design.
- Develop chiller system architecture that meets or exceeds the product development requirement.
- Develop heat exchanger components in collaboration with heat transfer technology experts.
- Confirm product design performance, capability and reliability in the engineering product test laboratory.
- Collaborate with the compression development team to seamlessly integrate the compressor design into the chiller design.
- Collaborate with manufacturing faculties to effectively implement design into production.
- Collaborate with the product marketing teams globally to develop product requirements and meet their needs when launched.
- Chiller design and project management process
- Collaboration with cross function team on requirement/design/manufacture/maintenance
