About The Position
Our client, a world leader in life sciences and diagnostics, is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to support Product Development and On Market Support (OMS) activities. This role requires strong experience with electro-mechanical systems, verification and validation (V&V), and leading technical teams to drive product improvements and resolve complex system issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering with 8+ years of experience OR Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience.
- Strong experience working with electro-mechanical devices.
- Proven leadership in technical problem-solving, V&V testing, and risk management.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with IEC 61010, AAMI, ISO 13485, or SAFe Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on expertise in DOE, FMEA, and structured problem-solving tools.
- INCOSE certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of verification & validation (V&V) strategies and testing.
- Drive requirements engineering, risk management, and FMEA activities.
- Analyze data, perform root cause analysis, and implement product or process improvements.
- Lead cross-functional teams in design reviews, DOE testing, and troubleshooting efforts.
- Plan and execute engineering projects, identify technical risks, and deliver innovative solutions.
