We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support the U.S. Space Force’s Operational Test and Training Infrastructure Portfolio in advancing National Space Test and Training capabilities. In this role, you will provide senior technical leadership and hands‑on systems engineering across requirements, system design, architecture development, and system integration.

Requirements

• ABET accredited engineering degree or BS in technical field
• 9 years related experience
• Strong background in systems engineering, system architecture, and integration
• Working experience with multiple systems engineering tools, such as Cameo, DOORS, AFSIM, etc.
• Must have in-scope DoW Top Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements development, capability decomposition, and system design efforts
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture views for the National Space Test and Training Complex across multiple classification levels
• Build and assess system and enterprise architectures using frameworks such as SysML and UAF
• Define data architectures, interfaces, and interoperability requirements
• Develop system integration plans, test procedures, and scenarios; analyze integration results and recommend resolutions
• Support technical risk assessments and reviews of systems engineering documentation
