We have an immediate opening for a Senior Systems Engineer to work in our Huntsville, AL office. This role is supporting our MDA/OSW team.

Requirements

10-12 years related systems engineering experience, preferably with Integrated Air and Missile Defense related systems
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex system of systems integration efforts from initial concept definition through integration and test incorporating complex threat scenarios
Hands on experience in testing, integration, data collection and post-event analysis
Proven problem-solving skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel 20-25% of the time
Active Secret Security Clearance, Top Secret preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Must be US Citizen

Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of Joint hardware-in-the-loop / software-in-the-loop ground tests, Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) events, flight tests, exercises, and demonstrations
Coordinate, evolve, and refine technical requirements necessary to develop Operational and Systems Architectures
Provide technical guidance and support for ongoing Joint Tactical Integrated Fire Control (JTIFC) efforts
Build Long-term relationships with new and existing partners in industry and government
Create technical products that assess JTIFC system performance to inform Government decision makers
Brief technical requirements and architectures to high-ranking Service and MDA stakeholders
Interface with JTIFC agencies to coordinate solution-sharing and data management tasking
