Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of Linux, Windows and Cloud Systems Engineering work experience with extensive knowledge and familiarity with various Linux distros in Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Alibaba Cloud with DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SFTP, PAM, SMB/NFS FileShare, Postfix, scripting, etc.

Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.
- Working closely with managed service providers (MSP) to develop and deliver complete Linux, Windows and cloud architecture solutions with ability to resolve complex issues in creative, efficient, and effective ways.
- Responsible for the overall Linux, Backup and Disaster Recovery (DR) technologies in public/private cloud, day-to-day operations including asset inventory, configuration management, security controls, systems health, and third-party infrastructure app integrations.
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- Analyze current business and technology practices, user needs, and workflow processes for improvement.
- Work with MSP on supporting Global IT.
- Represent the team as a participating member of designated committees.
- Serve as a subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with Infrastructure systems.
- Participate in 24x7 on call rotation and be available for after-hours support as needed.
- Participate in enterprise disaster recovery exercises.
