Epirus•Torrance, CA

About The Position

Epirus is a high-growth technology company focused on addressing future national security challenges. Its flagship product, Leonidas, is a software-defined system that uses intelligent power management techniques to help power-hungry systems do more with less. The Senior Systems Engineer is a multidisciplinary role spanning interactions with all engineering disciplines and work from customer needs through unit-level specifications. The engineer works across the full system development lifecycle, with responsibilities including requirements definition and management at system, subsystem, and component levels; system architecture and analysis; change management; interface definition; and integration, verification, and validation (IV&V) planning and execution. The team uses a Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approach where possible to improve the thoroughness and efficiency of Systems Engineering processes.
