About The Position
Make the world’s most advanced Strategic Weapon Interface Simulator (SWIS) even smarter! As an Systems Engineer - SWIS Integrated Product Team Lead, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for SWIS Systems Development. An IPTL leads a cross-discipline team, manages technical, schedule, and cost aspects, ensures product quality and contract compliance, and assists in reporting and EAC development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable amount time.
- Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- U.S. citizenship is required.

- Leads a cross-discipline team, manages technical, schedule, and cost aspects, ensures product quality and contract compliance, and assists in reporting and EAC development.
