This is a critical management role in Active Implantable Systems (AIS) R&D leading a high performing team responsible for the system-level design of active implantable devices serving Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) and Urology divisions. In AIS R&D, we are dedicated to advancing innovative technologies that improve patient outcomes and quality of life through implantable devices and therapies. As the Senior Manager of Systems Design, you will provide people and technical leadership to a team of engineers and direct the day-to-day work of the implantable systems development function. This team’s primary activities are to help define high valued products for the business, create system requirements and design, and partner with various R&D functions to develop these products.
