Senior Systems Design Engineer

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, computer technology, or a related field from an accredited institution, OR a minimum of six years of experience in electronic and/or security system design.
- At least five years of IT systems, security solutions, fiber optics, or electrical technical experience.
- Three years specifically in system design.
- Proficiency in technical writing for Statements of Work (SOW), technical upgrades, and bid proposals.
- Supervisory experience.
- A valid driver's license.
- Current US Citizenship.
- Must meet eligibility requirements for a government security investigation.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with network infrastructure and configuration.
- Experience in the design and installation of IP cameras.
- Proficiency in tools such as Visio, AutoCAD, and various test instruments, including Network Analyzers and OTDR.
Responsibilities
- Manage a talented team of engineers responsible for the creation and execution of innovative system designs tailored for security solutions in government contracts.
- Oversee project implementation, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to stringent standards.
- Lead bid and proposal efforts.
- Guide your team through systems verification testing and product/integration testing processes.
