About The Position

FSMB is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to help advance our vision of being the technology leader in the “House of Medicine”. This role requires a collaborative team member interested in exploring new technologies that drive innovation. The ideal candidate has experience in designing solutions from concept through launch and takes a proactive, data-driven approach to solving problems. They should enjoy diving into details while maintaining a focus on the "big picture", be comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. The role also offers a healthy work/life balance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), or related technical discipline
• 5+ years of experience in Data/Business/Systems Analysis, Project Management and/or Product Ownership
• Strong technical understanding and ability to engage at a detailed level with software engineers and design team members
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills as well as general negotiation and meeting facilitation skills
• Demonstrated working knowledge of SQL
• Proficient and comfortable with advanced Excel functions
• Strong experience with visualization tools such as LucidChart or Visio

Nice To Haves

• Experience with workflow systems, specifically Perceptive Content
• Experience with Accounting ERPs, specifically Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains
• Experience with DocuSign functionality and integrations
• Experience with testing REST APIs in Postman
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with agile tools such as Azure DevOps
• Experience working in Azure and/or AWS

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Perceptive Content workflow solutions
• Configure and administer third party applications
• Oversee vendors and vendor applications
• Facilitate and participate in architectural design and decisions
• Design and document integrations between systems
• Ensure assigned projects are proceeding on plan
• Report project plans and progress to stakeholders
• Maintain backlog with user stories that are clear and concise
• Troubleshoot and provide advanced technical support
• Stay current on technical trends and application functionality
