This role sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and technology and will have direct ownership of critical business applications supporting construction and field-service operations. The environment calls for someone who can move comfortably between business conversations, hands-on system configuration, data troubleshooting, and cross-platform integration work.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering and configuring Procore or BuildOps is required.
• Demonstrated experience owning or supporting business-critical enterprise applications beyond traditional requirements gathering.
• Strong understanding of operational-to-financial system integrations, APIs, and enterprise data flows.
• Experience investigating data-quality issues, reconciliation problems, and integration exceptions and driving them through resolution.
• Proven ability to create business requirements, functional specifications, technical documentation, and system designs.
• Experience administering application users, roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with operations, finance, technical teams, vendors, and business leadership.

Nice To Haves

• Construction, specialty contracting, or field-service industry experience is preferred, with HVAC experience particularly valuable.
• Understanding of construction accounting concepts including job costing and revenue recognition is preferred.
• Experience with Sage Intacct and Power BI is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also applicable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional and technical owner for construction, field-service, and financial applications across the enterprise technology environment.
• Administer and configure platforms such as Procore, BuildOps, and Sage Intacct, including workflows, forms, custom fields, approvals, financial mappings, roles, and permissions.
• Translate operational and finance requirements into executable system configurations, technical designs, integrations, and reporting solutions.
• Manage and troubleshoot integrations, APIs, middleware, and data flows between operational and financial systems.
• Lead data migration readiness, reconciliation, validation, exception management, and ongoing data-quality efforts.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between applications while establishing standards that improve data integrity and reporting reliability.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, cutovers, and post-production stabilization.
• Build and maintain operational and financial reporting while validating results against source-system data.
• Lead UAT, regression testing, system walkthroughs, user training, and complex application troubleshooting.
• Advise operations and finance stakeholders on platform capabilities, system design, and scalable process improvements.
